Four nominations and three awards in the Mi:t&Links Baltic Communication Awards 2020 competition

This year, some of the campaigns executed by Deep White and nominated for the Mi:t&Links Baltic Communication Awards 2020 were rated as being among the best in the four categories. Overall, the agency collected a full set of 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards.

In the Sponsorship category, the "Good Luck" campaign conceived in collaboration with STENDERS was awarded 3rd place. Entering new business niches and boosting its exports, STENDERS decided to transform its visual image, becoming much more laconic and audacious in its choice of colours and creating space for new product colours and shapes. In order to attract a new target audience to the brand, including young people, the new design created in Latvia was launched with the participation of the popular group Carnival Youth and its collaboration in the implementation of the campaign. 

Meanwhile, the campaign "Blizzard of Souls: a Story that Everyone Should Know" won awards in two categories. In the Integrated Communication category, it was awarded 2nd place, only to go one better in the Consumer Relations category, where it was deemed to be the winner. The communication campaign for the movie Blizzard of Souls was one of the biggest campaigns of 2019, reaching over 1,400 media publications and 3.5 million social media users. Since its premiere on November 8, the movie has been watched by over 250,000 viewers making it the most watched movie of all time in modern Latvia, and even besting notable Hollywood blockbusters such as Titanic and Avatar.

The "Rimi Loyalty Programme: Animal Club" campaign executed by Deep White, which was nominated in the "Consumer Relations" category also made it through to the finals of the Mi:t&Links Baltic Communication Awards 2020. This campaign's main goal was to attract participants to Rimi's latest loyalty programme - the Animal Club, where you can find information about the health, habits, behaviour, care of animals, as well as many other useful materials.
